Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist limited to Pediatrics to join our talented team in Ashland, OR. The ideal candidate is someone who loves working with children, is dedicated to providing high-quality dental care, and is enthusiastic about making dental visits a positive experience for kids.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to children, including routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other dental procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Create a welcoming, anxiety-free environment for young patients and their families.
• Collaborate with our experienced dental team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Stay current with the latest developments in pediatric dentistry and incorporate them into practice.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Oregon dental license
• Nitrous oxide permit required
• Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
