The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health is a small team working with a statewide and national audience to improve the access to, and quality of, healthcare in rural Wisconsin. We are looking for a storyteller who helps our office, small communities all over the state, and healthcare providers share their experiences, successes, and challenges. We are looking for a professional communicator who can support coworkers in their communications, find and generate new content, and comfortably use WordPress, social media, Google Analytics, and other online tools. Design skills are ideal, but not required. Our audience includes the public, healthcare leaders, legislators and other policy makers, and state and national partners. This is a hybrid position with a fairly flexible schedule.

- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop or similar
- Professional experience using WordPress for website and content management

The starting salary for the position is $58,450 but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
University sponsorship is not available for this position, including transfers of sponsorship.
