Job Description

Johnny White - State Farm Agency, located in League City, TX is currently looking for a talented, seasoned professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service / Sales Representative. STATE FARM experience is required. Active Property and Casualty license is a must!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
You will receive:
  • $19.00 - $27.00/Hourly pay plus bonus/commission (based on experience and production)

Requirements
  • Customer Service and/or Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Proactive in problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer
  • Property Casualty license required
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • State Farm experience required
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. Staff My Agency
