Position Title: Tech Lead -Golang Development Number of Openings: 2 Leads Location: 100% Remote Length: through end of year for now but will be extended into 2 025 Responsibilities: - Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
- Continuously improve software engineering practices
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies
- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience and scalability of your solutions
- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community
- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization and diversity
Requirements: - GO 3+ years of development experience- will be building API's using GO
- Strong backend development is required- 90-100% of dev will be backend.
- Cloud: AWS serverless solutions preferred (Lambda, step functions, sqs, sns) the more serverless experience the less ramp up time
- Tech lead experince including working with product owners to tease out high level feature requests,Identifying acceptance criteria gaps, iron out requirements, provide solutioning insights, etc.
- Collaborative - strong communication, self starter
