Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Gutter Installer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in installing gutter systems and Maximus Leaf Filter products, ensuring homes are protected from water damage and debris. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or gutter installation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install gutters, downspouts, and Maximus Leaf Filter systems in accordance with company standards and specifications.
• Conduct assessments of customer homes to determine installation requirements and address any concerns.
• Safely use ladders, power tools, and other equipment to complete installations.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
• Ensure job sites are clean and safe during and after installations.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and explaining the installation process to clients.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and on schedule.
• Follow all safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications:

• Experience in gutter installation, construction, or related field (preferred but not required—training provided).
• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
