We are looking for a Head of Global Ethics & Compliance Insights, Monitoring and Transparency who is collaborative, data driven, and globally focused to join us in our Ethics and Compliance Team. This hybrid role is based in our Atlanta, Georgia Campus. Relocation assistance is available.


About the Role
You will design a compliance monitoring and transparency program designed to provide maximum insights on business integrity and compliance, including implementing an analytics approach to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will also collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Leadership Team to embed and foster an ethical mindset and culture by designing, implementing, and continuously improving an effective compliance program across UCB. You’ll provide support and leadership to business partners for company-wide initiatives impacting ethics and compliance culture and practices.

 

Who You’ll Work With
Internally, you’ll work with Ethics and Compliance team members IT, Learning & Development, and Global Internal Audit Teams. Externally, you’ll partner ethics and compliance industry groups and associated vendors.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct and indirect leadership for assigned ethics and compliance staff
  • Ensure aligned priorities, strategies and approaches across ethics and compliance groups and geographies
  • Provide ongoing management and development of staff
  • Design ethics and compliance data generation and analytics strategies and tools
  • Lead collection and processing of ethics and compliance related data to derive and report metrics and insights
  • Coordinate detection activities through centralized monitoring, analytics and investigations

     

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

  • Bachelors Degree, Masters Preferred
  • Project management experience with an ability able to manage large volumes of work is required
  • Management level healthcare regulatory and/or consulting experience of at least 10 years is required
  • Knowledge of global healthcare regulatory standards
  • Understanding of global business integrity topics
  • Discreet and able to protect confidential information and transparency/disclosure obligations
  • Proven experience with data analytics (including metrics and reporting) and data technologies
  • Proven experience for managing compliance auditors/monitors and investigations

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $177,200-$232,575 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
