We've taken this brand from $0 to multiple 8-figures in 2 years. Fully bootstrapped and profitable. We're gearing up for our next growth phase and need a superstar to lead our Marketing Team. We are looking for a dedicated Head of Marketing to coordinate our marketing teams.

To be successful as a Head of Marketing, you should have excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of digital marketing strategies, branding, and performance metrics.

  Job Responsibilities:

• Lead brand strategic development efforts.
• Evolve and then activate a compelling and differentiated Brand Strategy designed to help drive increased Brand Awareness, Consideration and Preference.
• Craft a marketing strategy based on data and deep consumer insights, and then translate that strategy into an actionable and achievable operating plan that includes clear objectives and measurable targets.
• Manage a balanced macro channel marketing strategy and work with the team to scale channel-specific strategies and operating plans.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Ensure rigorous control over all marketing-related data, analysis, and metrics.
• Work closely with finance and fulfillment on forecasting and planning the growth.

  Your Experience:

• 12+ years of business experience, with at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience with $100M-200M+ yearly revenue DTC e-commerce brands.
• A strong brand builder and storyteller with strong creative acumen.
• Significant brand marketing experience: Influencers, Emails, PR, Partnerships, Podcasts, TV, Flyers, Magazines and so on.
• Comfortable managing a team that oversees traditional performance marketing channels like Meta, YouTube, Google SEM, Google SEO.
• Strong influencer and relationship builder with internal and external influencers.
• Experience operating in the Home Decor segment (or a passion for Home Decor) is a strong plus.
• Experience managing a team of 7+ marketers.
• Data-driven, with experience operating with an agile, test/learn/iterate operating mindset.
• Ability to forecast demand and make financial projections. Plan the strategy as far as 1 year in advance.
• Pragmatic problem solver with the ability to excel in a fast-paced startup atmosphere.
• Ability to be hands on executor on certain projects.
• Excellent communication skills and strong education experience.
• Undergraduate degree (MBA a plus).
