Position: Kitchen and Bath Designer
Pay Rate: $40K - $45K annual salary

How you will spend your day as a Kitchen and Bath Designer: - You will solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits, and prospect for new projects
- Greet clients to the design center, assess clients' needs, and assist the customer with product selection and order appropriate materials and quantities for the projects
- Perform automated design capability within stock and semi-custom product categories
- Conduct bid and prep proposal functions
- You will prepare bids, material estimates from customer/contractor supplied blueprints.
- Order project materials and arrange project schedules, sub-contractor schedules and material deliveries
- Must possess the necessary knowledge to be able to explain the differences in cabinet lines to customers and have a broad knowledge of other items sold, various countertop products, cultured marble, sinks, faucets, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of 20/20 cabinet design software, order entry processes of industry related software, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Coordinate the delivery to customers on an as needed basis
- Know the pricing multipliers and current lead times for all cabinet lines, countertop fabricators, and all miscellaneous products available

Kitchen and Bath Requirements: - Knowledge. Advanced knowledge of Auto Cad and 20/20.
- Experience. 1 year experience in a professional design environment.
- Special Skills. Read blueprints and convert to a realistic working design.
- Sales Experience. Ability to solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits.
- Excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
