What we are looking for:

We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to bring their A game to help us save the world, one package at a time! We are seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist who is detail oriented and efficient. Are you prepared to prepare and ship out sales orders directly to customers?

What you will do:

• Manages fulfillment of internet orders through various online platforms
• Manages inventory and supplies of internet products and alerts supervisor of potential issues
• Assists with building and assembling product
• Enters orders into NetSuite weekly
• Prepares and assists customers with orders
• Prepares shipping labels for USPS, UPS, and FedEx
• Drops off/schedules pickup of orders daily to USPS, UPS, or FedEX.
• Tracks all orders via delivery software
• Answers phone calls, process returns, and provides online customer service
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of workspace
• Supports and complies with all company policies and safety requirements
• Assists with miscellaneous projects in various departments as needed
• Performs other related duties as assigned

What you need to succeed:

• GED certificate or high school diploma
• Current, valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of selling platforms i.e. Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy (Preferred)
• Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient use of computer systems and software, in particular: Microsoft Office Applications, internet-based portals, file management programs, and email systems
• Aptitude to quickly learn new business applications and business processes
