WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a creative, proactive, and adaptive People Partner in Austin, TX to support our Marketing team. This role is crucial as it involves working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
You will play a key role in shaping the HR landscape for our Marketing division, bringing strategic HR expertise and proactive leadership to the team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Act as a strategic advisor to the Marketing team, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Lead talent management efforts, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions.
- Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
- Utilize data and analytics to shape HR strategies and make informed decisions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management skills within the marketing domain.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING - At least 10 years of progressive HR experience ie. Recruiter to HR Generalist to People Partner.
- At least 3+ years of direct experience as an HRBP or People Partner, ideally within a marketing-led or creative environment.
- Strong track record in mentoring and coaching, particularly in building relationships and developing marketing talent.
- Innovative mindset with experience in rolling out creative HR solutions and initiatives.
- Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
- Human Resources or Business Administration education is a plus, but not mandatory.
- We highly value recent and relevant international training programs or professional development experiences.
