- Planning, coordinating, and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.
- Monitor and provide assistance with quality assurance and compliance functions.
- Provide consultation and direction to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and patients receive the highest level of care.
- Ensure policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
- Onboarding all new employees, contractors and volunteers as it relates to employee health.
- Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports to the Director of the Quality department.

- An associate's degree in nursing or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience.
- Valid registered nurse license in the state of Florida.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
