Job Description/Duties and Responsibilities
The Florida Department of Education (FDOE) has an open position for a Customer Service Representative that is responsible for executing the following functions:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of previous part-time or full-time employment is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference will be given to applicants who are bi-lingual in either Spanish or Haitian-Creole.
Educational Substitutions
An associate degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for two years of experience.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for four years of experience.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
