Starting pay for weekends is $19 to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

All new hires receive Mental and General Telehealth at no cost for their first year of employment. After that it's just $7 per month to continue with the plan.

Professional experience NOT required; paid training expenses and HCA certification provided.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's Care
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
